Which plan should I choose?
Free is perfect for discovering Agentyque. Pro is ideal for a brand sending its first campaigns. Pro+ is for teams that run several brands, want to pick their AI model and send at volume. Enterprise is custom-built for agencies and large accounts.
Can I try Agentyque before paying?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card: 10 AI credits a day, 250 contacts and test sends to build your first emails. Move to Pro when you're ready to send real campaigns.
What is an AI credit?
A credit is the unit of AI usage. Each message, generation or analysis consumes credits in proportion to the compute it requires: a short chat reply costs a few credits, a full campaign generation or a deep research more. You get 10 free credits every day: they are used first and refill at midnight (UTC), with no rollover. Paid plans add a monthly volume you can raise at any time with the selector.
Are all tools included in every plan?
Yes. Campaigns, automations, audience, Brand Kit, product catalog and all specialized agents are accessible on all plans. What changes between plans is the included volume (credits, emails, contacts, workspaces), real campaign sends from Pro, and a few advanced options such as choosing your AI model or a custom sending domain.
Which AI model is used?
By default every plan runs in Auto mode, powered by Claude Opus 5.5. On Pro+ and Enterprise you can also pick a specific model (Claude, GPT, Gemini) for each chat or builder.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Change plan or adjust your credit and email volumes at any time: the difference is prorated on your next invoice and the new limits apply immediately.
Are the displayed prices tax-inclusive?
Yes. All our prices are shown in euros, VAT included: the amount displayed is exactly what you are charged, with no surprise at checkout. Businesses with a valid intra-EU VAT number (outside France) benefit from the reverse-charge mechanism: VAT is automatically removed at payment.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing by wire transfer with purchase order.
How does Agentyque use my data?
Your data stays in your workspace and is never used to train AI models. The AI only uses your workspace's context: Brand Kit, product catalog and the sources you connect. Each workspace is isolated with security policies (RLS) at the database level.
